The Teh Nei Chia Chuan Style was created by Master Steve. Only in recent years was the curriculum documented in detail and increasingly co-developed with your Senior Instructor in private one on one sessions which were then able to be shared and further developed and applied in classes.
Due to Master instilling the Five Principles of Teh Nei Chia Chuan, your Senior Instructor now continuously improves the evolving style, in the manner Master taught would naturally and creatively occur, once a diligent student follows his training for enough years. It is intrinsically wholesome dynamics in action. Master says, There is no beginning and no end!

Learn the Teh Nei Chia Chuan style, as taught to his dedicated, devoted student and sole Senior Instructor and confidant. Learn from the only Teh Nei Chia Chuan highly experienced curriculum co-writer and editor, so you know you are getting the truth and detail.
At Forgedale, in an open bushland setting, you will be trained and guided to learn to follow Master’s words to become your own Master, creating and following your own pathway. Forgedale is at Kurwongbah, near Petrie, Narangba and North Lakes in the Brisbane North to Caboolture and Redcliffe region.
Master Steve always taught holistically, yet enigmatically, in a jigsaw style, guiding students to create and improve their very own customised approach for their own benefit. It is recommended to learn that way.
Your Senior Instructor, as editor and co-curriculum writer of Master’s philosophy and Teh Nei Chia Chuan style, can ensure the ongoing practice and refinement continues. The curriculum is made available to those who would earnestly engage in his esoteric approach.
You may, however, opt to choose your own path from within the curriculum, if you are not ready to follow the Master’s recommendation. You will gain either way, from a variety of learning options, certain to suit a multitude of personalities and abilities. You will be guided to make appropriate choices for your individual circumstance.
Private lessons and classes are offered in Teh Nei Chia Chuan Health, Meditation, Breathing, Qi Gong, Massage, Tai Chi, Nei Kung and Kung Fu.
In classes, various options on the degree of challenge are presented for students. So students may choose, depending on their degree of learning and ability at that moment in time. Instructor guidance, when followed, minimises the likelihood of students overdoing it.
School, corporate, government, health and fitness groups, social groups and organisations receive custom training packages at our Forgedale Training Centre, or if appropriate, at other venues, to benefit clients and staff.
Some students will require higher levels of customisation and perhaps only be able to do private lessons, at least initially, due to limitations and their level of ability. In extreme situations, on-site private lessons may be provided, for those unable to travel.

Teh Nei Chia Chuan will suit and benefit practically everyone.

Rest assured, everyone improves over time and that continuous improvement over the long term is what Teh Nei Chia Chuan is all about.
Doctors will be very likely agreeing to your participation in Breathing forms, Massage, Meditation, Health, Qi Qong and Tai Chi for it is widely known, especially in western medical science that the practices benefit so many health issues.
If in doubt, ask your doctor to certify that you can manage the Teh Nei Chia Chuan training. You could always provide the website information for the Doctor to peruse.
Some Doctors, depending on your circumstance, may not be so sure about the suitability of the stationary Nei Kung or the Kung Fu and weapons training. You must trust their opinion. If we are not sure about your suitability, we may ask for a Doctor’s certificate, for your sake.
